Torts class should be a Tort
Sep. 10th, 2002 12:03 amIt's not that I don't like the subject, or don't like the professor. I even like the readings, once I've deciphered what the readings are (his unclear and scattered assignments are my only beef with the substance of the class). What pisses me off, and ruins my ability to really enjoy the class the way I enjoy all my others (especially contracts) are the facts that:
A: Due to being schedule sections B (mine) and F (1Ls who started in May), the classroom is overcrowded.
B: Apparently, the AC in the room is overly powerful, and someone was bothered enough during the summer to ask that it be turned off.
What this leads to is a hot, stuffy, slightly odorous, and overall remarkably unpleasant room to spend 67 minutes in, while trying to take detailed notes, keep with the discussion, and stay ready for a professor-attack.
Bleh and double Bleh.
