The lawsuit did not name the rival company, but Electronic Arts Inc. is based in Northern California's Redwood City and is thought to be who Activision is referring to in its filing. Asked whether this was the case, EA spokesman Jeff Brown said, "We don't have the time to comment on the many lawsuits Activision files against its employees and creative partners."

If he actually completed the bankruptcy, he doesn't owe you jack shit anymore. That's what bankruptcy does. You'll have a lot more luck setting your state DoL on him for, probably, perjuring himself in the matter of your unemployment claim.

I propose a federal law with two effects:
1: Create a right of action for any harm done to a vaccinated or pre-vaccination (with affidavit from guardians stating prior intent to vaccinate) person by a disease commonly vaccinated against caught due to an initial exposure from a non-vaccinated person.
2: Classify any deaths due to such diseases as homicides.

There's no way to stamp it out, and I fear that this particular strain of crazy will continue to spread throughout our justice system. It's already made the leap between groups who consider themselves as unlike as could be imagined, and Wesley Snipes seems to have a lesser form of the infection (IRS-nuttery as opposed to all-courts-everywhere-nuttery).

How long until lienspamming becomes a standard tactic among criminals with any sort of resources?
How long until every PD (both senses) needs a primer in "what to do when the defendant insists that the gold fringe on the flag means no jursidiction"?
How long until it starts leaking into advice on what to do for minor crimes/tickets in the mainstream?

As speech, it obviously can't be suppressed, but I see no reason why we don't see more contempt citations arising from the attempt to use these theories and tactics.
