Star Trek Online continues to look interesting. Romulans won't be in at launch, but will be a faction later, and Ferengi (apparently as members of the Federation) will be in at launch. If I decide to play, watch for me as a Ferengi Tactical or Security officer, or a Romulan Science officer or Engineer if I wait until they're in.

Do you get the impression that this is going to be a combat or grouping focused game? What I read on their website gave me the impression that it wasn't going to be too much like that, but I could be mistaken. Most MMOs that I've played/seen are basically Everquest clones (kill monsters, go on quest that usually involves killing, level up, kill monsters, etc). There isn't a lot of RPG in those MMORPGs.
