No, I mean I refer to it being AIDS as it has neither the attributes of Tuberculosis (sexually transmitted rather than virulently airborne) nor Syphilis (wrong symptoms). It's an unnamed slow wasting disease which is clearly identified as being sexually transmitted. The creators keep saying "it's not any real disease" but walks like a duck, quacks like a duck.
