My personal-favorite show starting with alien gibberish chanting (yes, more favorite than Farscape) to be remade/rebooted/sequeled (it's not clear).

If this goes as well as the BSG reboot, I'll finally get to wear my own version of Emily's actually-very-terrifying Halloween costume. Sadly, this has been a dream of mine for more than a decade, but no one would have gotten it.

Ho-lee shit. I remember trying to keep up with that show, never got into it as much as I liked, but what I saw was pretty awesome. It would be really, really, great if this doesn't suck.

Oh my god! I recently found a bunch of those novels in the CUSFS boxes. I had completely forgotten it until then. This, at least, is a show that could benefit from a reboot--unlike, say, SHORT CIRCUIT WHICH WTF WHY WOULD YOU REBOOT

I also liked Alien Nation, but for some reason many people seem to be less than thrilled about it. I see it as real scifi though, as opposed to most of what's made ("science fantasy" or space opera).
