I feel like I spotted this a while ago, but until they announce that it'll be released in the US, I don't want to get my hopes up about it. (It's not like the US ever saw any version of the WSC remake of the first FFL game.)
On the other hand, we have a much better track record of seeing DS remakes of games that did well here than of WSC/Phone remakes of games here that did well.
That's true, but the mid-90s taught me well not to count my chickens before they were localized. Heck, I'm going to be antsy about the remake of Dragon Quest 6 until I can pre-order it.
